Tour Itinerary

Morning — Moshi to Materuni Village

Your tour begins with pickup from your hotel in Moshi followed by a scenic drive to Materuni Village located on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Upon arrival your guide will lead you through beautiful farmland and rainforest trails toward the famous Materuni Waterfalls.

Waterfall Hike

The hike to the waterfall takes around 45–60 minutes through lush green landscapes filled with banana farms and tropical vegetation.

At the waterfall you can relax, take photos, and even swim in the refreshing natural pool beneath the falls.

Traditional Coffee Experience

After the hike return to the village for a traditional Chagga coffee experience where you will learn how coffee is processed from bean to cup.

You will roast the beans over fire, grind them using traditional tools, and enjoy freshly brewed local coffee.

Afternoon Return to Moshi

After lunch in the village you will drive back to Moshi arriving in the afternoon.
